Digital Campaign Manager

We’re looking for a Digital Campaign Manager with an exceptional blend of digital marketing domain expertise, analytical and creative approaches to problem solving, an endless appetite for knowledge and the killer instinct to make a difference in a collaborative work environment.

The Digital Campaign Manager will own campaign execution covering related tools and processes to maximize outcomes. The role will report into our VP of Marketing. The rest of the core team is based out of Atlanta, and it would be ideal if you are in eastern or central time zones. That said, we’re open to working with the right candidate regardless of location or timezone.

Ideal candidates would have some or more of the following:

3+ years of digital campaign management experience in an Enterprise Software company.

2+ years of campaign design and execution experience with specific emphasis on conversion rate optimization in various formats (email, social, ads and landing pages).

Hands-on experience setting up and optimizing search and display ads using Google AdWords, AdRoll, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or similar platforms.

Familiarity with ABM strategies and tactics with experience working within teams that have implemented and scaled account based customer engagement.


Analytical & Thoughtful Planner: You’re passionate about making a difference (significant increase in MQLs and SQLs) with your demand generation expertise. You love to listen and collaborate with a team that’s just as analytical and thoughtful as you are.

  • Devise digital marketing goals that are measurable, realistic, and achievable.
  • Develop and execute campaigns that achieve quarterly pipeline goals.
  • Optimize our online experience from paid ads, to the website, to lead capture.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget, monitor, analyze, and report on digital marketing campaign performance; synthesize the information from campaign analytics and industry best practices to continually optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Develop ABM campaigns to reach target ICP accounts.
  • Partner with sales and marketing team leads on targets, campaigns, scoring, follow-up strategies, lead management, and reporting.

Hands-on Problem Solver: You’re eager to jump into the details and look forward to the grunt work that moves needles.

  • Create and modify HTML emails, subject lines, landing pages and calls to action in display and search ads.
  • Own A/B testing across campaigns to maximize engagement and conversion.
  • Assist in the data strategy and segmentation for marketing campaigns.
  • Own social content marketing efforts (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) to drive reach for content. 
  • Develop campaign workflows in HubSpot and Outreach to drive conversion at every step of the buyer journey.
  • Build persona based as well as intent-based drip and nurture campaigns.
  • Collaborate with solutions marketing, marketing analytics and creative services professionals to continuously optimize campaigns.
