over 25-year experience delivering improvements for customer service, it is also the incorporation of the
latest AI, Natural Language Understanding (NLU) and robotic automation technologies to create bot driven
outcomes. Bot driven outcomes is referring to customer service interactions that are effectively (and often
entirely) serviced by bots. Bots that are able to understand the customers intent and lead the customer all the
way to the resolution of their inquiry.
Not only do we focus on developing and delivering customer facing bots, we also realize that the average customer service representative (CSR) can also benefit greatly from intelligent self-service. Therefore, our Intelligent Virtual Assistants come in two flavors, Customer Assistant and Agent Assistant.
