We are looking for a Junior IT System Administrator to join our global IT team. Reporting directly to the IT Manager. Key responsibilities will be global end-user support as well as taking responsibility of the infrastructure systems.
What will you do?
- Perform problem diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution
- Responsible to manage and maintain IT equipment and network of the company.
- Organizing, modifying, and supporting company IT systems
What will you need to succeed?
- High service orientation, great interpersonal skills
- Experience in Microsoft OS (desktops and servers) and Office 365
- Experience in Active Directory (global experience is a plus)
- Experience in VMware Virtualization
- Experience in Help Desk
