We are looking for a Junior IT System Administrator to join our global IT team. Reporting directly to the IT Manager. Key responsibilities will be global end-user support as well as taking responsibility of the infrastructure systems.

What will you do?

  • Perform problem diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution
  • Responsible to manage and maintain IT equipment and network of the company.
  • Organizing, modifying, and supporting company IT systems

What will you need to succeed?

  • High service orientation, great interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Microsoft OS (desktops and servers) and Office 365
  • Experience in Active Directory (global experience is a plus)
  • Experience in VMware Virtualization
  • Experience in Help Desk
