So the industries that currently benefit the most from robotic process automation would be generally any industry that has tasks that are repeated the same way all the time. Tasks that can be scripted. You can basically say that any industry can use robotic process automation in order to spend less time on repeatable, simple tasks.
The financial industry and the P and C industry in my view in terms of their usage and benefit that they’re extracting from our PA tools and our PA capabilities, things like claims adjudication, and financial reports, these are all manual tasks that back-office workers need to do today. RPA is certainly playing a bigger and bigger role every year.
