We’re looking for a Junior Account Manager

We are looking for a Junior Account Manager to join our EMEA team, take ownership over existing and new accounts and continually make sure that we drive value for them.

Are you hungry to learn more about Enterprise Sales, to generate new opportunities, to identify the right solution for the customer’s strategic problems, to present and position this solution in the right way, to build relationships and close business, as well as to ensure the customer’s needs are met with the deployed solution? Ultimately, you will learn how to contribute to building profitable, long-term relationships with our clients to reach our business objectives. You will collaborate with our experts on how to apply different sales strategies and methodologies, build relevant pitches and highlights for the different personas as well as develop the right fit for each customer.

Our offices are located in Herzliya with potential hybrid – office/home – work week

You Will:

Gather information on assigned clients (e.g. company size, industry, existing vendors, etc.).

Identify potential customers, analyze their needs/pain points, and initiate the engagement.

Generate outbound and qualify inbound leads and schedule appointments for the team.

Manage sales cycles – Prepare client meetings, presentations, demo sessions, ROI calculation, proposals, and next steps.

Identify and pursue potential up / cross-sell opportunities with existing clients.

Work with the EMEA sales team on opportunities, coordinate on strategic clients and report to the EMEA sales leader.

We are looking for:

Experience as a Junior Account Manager, Inside Sales, SDR, or relevant sales role.

BSc / BA degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.

Languages: English mother tongue level, other European languages are a bonus.

Strong frontal / remote presentation and communication (verbal and written) skills.

Situational sensitivity and a strong capacity to build relationships.

Good time-management skills with an analytical, problem-solving attitude.

Knowledge and practice of sales methodology including sales certifications and training – an advantage

Effective presentation and negotiation skills.

Experience with relevant tools such as CRM software (e.g. Salesforce), MS Office, etc.
