Yochai Rozenblat
Chief Executive Officer
Prior to joining Jacada, Rozenblat served as the Chief Revenue Officer at Ctera Networks, where he built a scalable organization and led Ctera to hyper-growth in the Cloud Storage market. Before that, Rozenblat held diverse senior executive positions at NICE, including President of the Enterprise unit, where he was responsible for nurturing innovation, design, research, development and marketing. Previously, Rozenblat also served as CEO and President of NICE Americas. Before joining NICE, Rozenblat held a number of positions at Amdocs and Orbotech
Gideon Hollander
Chief Technology Officer
Gideon Hollander is the Chief Technology Officer and founder of Jacada. Gideon is highly regarded for his strategic vision and innovation-centered leadership, and is focused on ensuring that Jacada delivers high quality, best-of-breed solutions. Prior to founding Jacada, Gideon was part of the research and development team at Comverse Technology. Prior to Comverse, he served in various technology and management positions in an elite unit of the Israeli Defense Forces, where he specialized in expert systems and user interface design. Two of the projects that Gideon managed won the most prominent Israeli award for technological innovations. Gideon also has a passion for rock and mountain climbing.
Caroline Cronin
Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Caroline Cronin is responsible for the global finance and accounting operations at Jacada. Caroline initially joined Jacada in June 2008 as Vice President of Finance, prior to being promoted to Chief Financial Officer in January 2011. Caroline is a CPA with several years of experience in financial leadership, management and reporting. Most recently Caroline was CFO for Optio Software, a document automation software provider, where she led the divestiture team and successfully negotiated the sale of the company to Bottomline Technologies. Prior to her tenure as Optio's CFO, Caroline served as the Corporate Controller for Optio and as the Assistant Corporate Controller for Medical Manager Corporation, a healthcare management software provider. Caroline began her career as a Senior Accountant with Coopers & Lybrand and holds a BS in Accounting and an MBA from Florida State University.
Yoel Goldenberg
Chief Product Officer
As Chief Product Officer, Yoel oversees Jacada’s product strategy, all marketing domains, and sales development. Yoel has vast experience in enterprise software product management, marketing, and business development, and is considered a domain expert and thought leader in customer service technologies. Prior to joining Jacada, Yoel served as VP Marketing and Business Development at Starhome Mach, and held diverse VP roles in product, marketing, and business development domains at NICE Systems. Yoel holds a B.Sc degree in Industrial and Management Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology and MBA from Bradford School of Management.
Adi Toppol
Vice President Professional Services
Adi heads Jacada’s Global Professional Services & Support teams, leading our customer’s Desktop Unification, Automation, Agent Guidance and Digital implementations. Adi has extensive knowledge and expertise of over 10+ years in Enterprise Architecture as well as IT Program Management. Adi joined Jacada in March 2008, initially working in the R&D group, later heading up Pre-Sales in the North America region. Prior to joining Jacada, Adi worked for BMC Software as well as Comverse.
Kumaran Shanmuhan
Vice President of Solutions
Kumaran heads up solution marketing and solution consulting at Jacada to influence product innovation and go-to-market strategy for Jacada's pioneering solutions. Previously, he held senior leadership positions in pre-sales, sales operations, professional services and product management at Jacada. Besides taking on customer experience challenges, Kumaran enjoys advising non-profits on using technology to drive cause marketing and helping technology start-ups develop compelling go-to-market strategies. Before joining Jacada, Kumaran worked as a Consultant at TATA Consultancy Services where he led application development and support operations for mission critical banking systems at one of the largest banks in the US. Kumaran holds a Bachelors in Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology & Science, India, and an MBA from the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.
Oren Shefler
Vice President of Sales Americas
As General Counsel for Jacada, Oren Shefler is responsible for all contract negotiation, legal matters, and corporate governance. Oren earned a LL.B from the Law Faculty of the College of Management in Tel Aviv, Israel. Prior to Jacada, Oren served as an associate for Meitar, Liquornik, Geva & Leshem Brandwein for seven years, where he represented public and private venture-based technology companies, venture capital funds and underwriters in an array of transactions.
Jacques Tchenio
Vice President of Sales EMEA and APAC
Jacques is leading the sales teams in EMEA and APAC. He joined Jacada with over 20 years of experience in selling enterprise software solutions and developing new and strategic partnerships. Before joining Jacada, Jacques spent 5 years at comScore, a leader in digital advertising technology as VP sales and almost 17 years at Nice in various sales executive positions. He owns a BA in Applied Mathematics from Provence University and a MA in Applied Mathematics from the Technion in Haifa. He is married and has 3 kids - he loves travelling the world with his family and enjoys cooking for friends and family.
Eyal Zfira
Vice President of Research & Development
Eyal heads R&D for Jacada, leading the development of our digital and agent experience tools. With over 17 years of experience in leading R&D teams at multiple Israeli tech companies, Eyal has extensive knowledge of many software technologies and a wide spectrum of services and infrastructure. He has experience in building various products for both enterprises and mid-size companies. Eyal served in an elite unit at the C4I corps in IDF for 6 years as both software developer and manager.
Vered Uziel
Vice President Human Resources
As VP of Human Resources, Vered leads Jacada's "People Experience". She is responsible for coaching employees and advising management on staffing matters. She facilitates organizational changes and team building as well as talent recruitment and management strategies to support the achievement of Jacada's business goals. Prior to Jacada, Vered held several senior positions in Human Resource Management with companies including Treato, TGS Systems, and Tescom. Vered holds a BA in Social Science from Bar Ilan University.

Yossie Hollander
Chairman of the Board
Yossie Hollander has been a director since 1990 and has been the Chairman of our Board of Directors from November 1995 to December 2007 and again since January 2016. Mr. Hollander was a founder, and from 1983 to 1994 served as the Chief Executive Officer, of New Dimension Software Ltd., an enterprise system and management software company that was acquired by BMC Software in April 1999. Mr. Hollander is a member of the executive board of the Weizmann Institute of Science. He is on the board of councilors of the USC Dornsife College of Arts and Sciences and is a member of the Advisory board of the Cornell Atkinson Center for Sustainable Future. Yossie Hollander is Gideon Hollander’s brother.
Haim Shani
Haim Shani has been a director since November 2016. Mr. Shani is a Co-Founder and general partner of Israel Growth Partners, or IGP, a private equity investment firm providing growth capital and strategic guidance to Israeli-related technology companies. In 2012, Mr. Shani retired from the Israeli Ministry of Finance, where he served as Director General (2009-2011) and the Head of the Competitiveness Committee. Prior to that, he served as CEO of NICE Systems (NASDAQ:NICE) for a period of close to 9 years. Mr. Shani came to NICE from Applied Materials (Israel), where he served as VP of its Israeli business (Ex Opal/Orbot) for a period of three years. From 1992 to 1998, Mr. Shani held various management positions at Orbotech Ltd. as Corporate Vice President of Marketing and Business Development, President of Orbotech’s Asia Pacific subsidiary and President of Orbotech Europe. Prior to that, Mr. Shani held various management positions at Scitex Corporation and IBM Israel. Mr. Shani currently serves as Chairman of the UK Israel Tech Hub, a board member at Strauss Water, R2Net GreenRoad, and Stratassys and is a member of the Advisory Committee, Supervisor of Banks, Bank Of Israel. Mr. Shani holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Management Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, and an MBA from INSEAD, France.

Assaf Harel
Assaf Harel joined us as a director in November 2016 and is a partner of IGP. Assaf Harel has over 12 years of experience in tech-focused Private Equity investments and leadership roles in high-tech companies. Prior to joining IGP, Assaf served as the CEO of Sentigo Technologies, and as a Principal with Viola Private Equity and SCP Private Equity Partners. His global investment experience includes Growth Equity, Venture Capital, Buyouts, M&A and Special situations. Earlier in his career, Assaf served as a Director of Business Development with HyperRoll (acquired by Oracle) and held R&D roles with EDSL Networks (acquired by Orckit) and RADVision. Assaf holds an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and a B.A in Computer Science and Management from Tel Aviv University.
Tzvia Broida
Tzvia Broida joined us as an external director in December 2013. Ms. Broida has also served as Chief Financial Officer for Sensible Medical Innovations since March 2011. Prior to that, Ms. Broida was Chief Financial Officer at Jacada from January 2005 until May 2009, previously serving as our Vice President, Finance from March 2000 and in various positions at Jacada since August 1995.
Ohad Zuckerman
Ohad Zuckerman has served as a director since December 2000. Mr. Zuckerman is the CEO of UniVerve Ltd., a renewable energy group, specializing in Waste-to-Energy and Microalgae-to-Biofuel. Between January 2000 and March 2008 Mr. Zuckerman served as the President & CEO of Zeraim Gedera Ltd., an agricultural company which specializes in breeding of vegetable varieties as well as in production and marketing to the seeds of such varieties worldwide. Prior to this position Mr. Zuckerman served as Zeraim Gedera’s Executive Vice President between 1998-2000 and as its Marketing Manager between 1990-1998. Between 1998 and 2002, Mr. Zuckerman served as a member of the board of directors at Maximal Innovative Intelligence Ltd., a provider of software for extracting information from data warehouses, which was sold to Microsoft.
Barak Gablinger
Barak Gablinger was elected as a director in January 2016. Mr. Gablinger serves as the Vice President, Customer Delivery, at K2 View, an Israeli company. Prior to that, from November 2005 to April 2010, Mr. Gablinger served as the Director of Program Management at NICE Systems. From August 2001 to October 2005, he served as a Senior Product Manager at Amdocs, and, prior to that time, from August 1996 to August 2001 served as a Group Leader at Amdocs.
Ofer Timor
Ofer Timor joined us as a director in January 2016. Mr. Timor is one of the founders of Inimiti Capital Partners, a venture capital fund that focuses upon investments in software platforms and services in the New Media space (Internet, Mobile and anything in between). Prior to co-founding lnimiti, Mr. Timor co-founded and managed Delta Ventures, a seed and early stage Israeli fund. He had an active role in building portfolio companies from the ground up and assisting in more advanced stages by serving as a member of their boards. Before Delta, Mr. Timor served as President of Jacada during the mid-1990’s, helping to bring Jacada from the startup stage to maturity. Mr. Timor was also a board member of Borderfree Inc. (NASDAQ: BRDR), which was sold to Pitney Bowes Inc. (NASDAQ: PBI) in 2015, and a board member of ClickFox, Inc. Mr. Timor was a fighter pilot in the Israeli Air Forces. He holds a BSA in Economics and a BA in Business Administration from Haifa University.
