Jacada education services are designed to help you gain the knowledge you need to get the most out of your Jacada solutions.

Jacada WorkSpace Introduction – 3-day course covering aspects of Jacada Workshop, the IDE for customizing a Jacada WorkSpace solution. Instructor-led examples and hands-on exercises include the installation and configuration of the development environment, an in-depth look at developing agent scripts, and Jacada WorkSpace portlets. The course also covers using the Jacada Fusion Management Console to control and monitor run-time behavior.

Jacada HostFuse Introduction – 5-day course covering aspects of the Jacada HostFuse Development Kit. Instructor-led examples and hands-on exercises include the installation and configuration of the development kit, an in-depth look at developing methods with conditional logic and parallel processing, customizing client code and services, using the Configuration Manager to control run-time behavior, and using the System Monitor and server logs to monitor run-time services to suit your particular implementation interests and project requirements.

The Jacada WinFuse Introduction – 3-day course covering aspects of the Jacada WinFuse Development Studio. Instructor-led examples and hands-on exercises include the installation and configuration of the development kit, an in-depth look at developing and deploying projects, and using the System Monitor and server logs to monitor run-time services.

Jacada Interface Server Introduction – Jacada Interface Server is a powerful and intuitive graphical design tool enabling you to completely re-engineer the user experience, without requiring any modification to the existing applications. The 5-day course that uses instructor-led examples and hands-on exercises to introduce the developers to the Jacada rules-based KnowledgeBase. By applying the KnowledgeBase, the students will analyze screens from a host system, translate the screens' content to graphical controls, modify the window using a WYSIWYG designer, and generate a Java or XHTML application. The developers will learn to re-engineer the interface and provide the right custom look and feel for their unique business processing requirements. By using Jacada Methods, the developer will learn to control navigation and add functionality, without modifying the existing host application code. The course will address the application deployment architecture for Java and XHTML. A final project wraps up the topics covered and lets the students implement their knowledge in a simulated working environment.
