Jacada Selects Mike Fuller to Head Global Field Services
ATLANTA – April 10, 2008 – Jacada Ltd. (Nasdaq: JCDA), a leading provider of unified desktop and process optimization solutions for customer service operations, today announced the appointment of Mike Fuller as Senior Vice President, Global Field Services.
Fuller has more than 26 years of services management experience in the telecommunications industry, with extensive expertise managing technical teams of as many as 600 specialists and $250 million in revenue. He brings a consistent history of successfully leading large, complex integration programs, services delivery and customer operations around the globe.
Most recently Fuller was Director of Customer Operations for Alcatel-Lucent where he was responsible for all aspects of customer deliverables and system integration for new mobile TV technology. Fuller has also held a number of key positions within Lucent Technologies, Bell Laboratories and Alcatel-Lucent, including sales, supply chain, professional services and program management. Fuller, who holds a master's degree in engineering science and mechanics from the Georgia Institute of Technology, has led organizations in the U.S., the Asia-Pacific region, Europe and the Middle East.
