Jacada to Announce 2003 Fourth-Quarter and Year-End Financial Results on February 10, 2004

ATLANTA, January 21, 2004 – Jacada Ltd. (Nasdaq: JCDA) will release its 2003 fourth-quarter and year-end financial results on the morning of Tuesday, February 10, 2004. Jacada will also hold a teleconference to discuss the Company’s financial results.

Any investor or interested individual can listen to the teleconference, which is scheduled to begin at 10:30 a.m. eastern time on February 10. The call can be accessed live via the Internet at the Company's website, www.jacada.com. To access the call, click on the "Investors" button on the "About Us" menu and then on the "2003 fourth-quarter results teleconference" icon.
