LexisNexis™ Selects Jacada to Automate Order Processing for Services Center

Jacada Integrator will significantly increase efficiency of LexisNexis fulfillment process

ATLANTA, January 7, 2004 – Jacada Ltd. (Nasdaq: JCDA) announced today that LexisNexis™, a leading global provider of legal, news and business information services, has selected Jacada Integrator to automate the ordering process for the LexisNexis Print and CD Services Center. Jacada Integrator provides an automated, specialized solution for rapidly connecting any legacy system to new technology, users and markets.

LexisNexis offers an extensive range of online, CD-ROM and print legal and regulatory information products, tools, customized Web applications and critical filing services that help legal professionals reach confident decisions and comply with the law. Currently, LexisNexis orders are entered online, then manually reviewed and inserted into a back-end system. Jacada Integrator will fully automate this process, improving fulfillment and reducing order entry errors.
