Gideon Hollander – Co-Chief Executive Officer

Gideon Hollander is the Co-Chief Executive Officer and founder of Jacada. Gideon is highly regarded for his strategic vision and innovation-centered leadership, and is focused on ensuring that Jacada delivers high quality, best-of-breed solutions. Prior to founding Jacada, Gideon was part of the research and development team at Comverse Technology. Prior to Comverse, he served in various technology and management positions in an elite unit of the Israeli Defense Forces, where he specialized in expert systems and user interface design. Two of the projects that Gideon managed won the most prominent Israeli award for technological innovations. Gideon also has a passion for rock and mountain climbing.

Tom Clear – Co-Chief Executive Officer

Tom Clear is Co-Chief Executive Officer for Jacada. Tom joined Jacada in April 2009 and brought with him several years of experience leading global companies and delivering operational excellence for customers. Previously, Tom served as President and Chief Commercial Officer for Spinvox Inc, where he successfully grew the company's North American operations and customer base. Tom's background includes deep experience in technology sales and marketing, customer service and customer relationship management, and telecommunications. He has held executive positions at Amdocs, Sema Group Telecom and Convergys, and also served as the Chief Information Officer for Southwestern Bell.

Caroline Cronin – Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer, Caroline Cronin is responsible for the global finance and accounting operations at Jacada. Caroline initially joined Jacada in June 2008 as Vice President of Finance, prior to being promoted to Chief Financial Officer in January 2011. Caroline is a CPA with several years of experience in financial leadership, management and reporting. Most recently Caroline was CFO for Optio Software, a document automation software provider, where she led the divestiture team and successfully negotiated the sale of the company to Bottomline Technologies. Prior to her tenure as Optio's CFO, Caroline served as the Corporate Controller for Optio and as the Assistant Corporate Controller for Medical Manager Corporation, a healthcare management software provider. Caroline began her career as a Senior Accountant with Coopers & Lybrand and holds a BS in Accounting and an MBA from Florida State University.

Hagit Ashkenazi – General Manager Americas

Hagit serves as General Manager Americas where she leads North American operations and is responsible for full business and operation in the Central and Latin American (CALA) regions. Prior to joining Jacada, Hagit spent over 2 years with Amdocs as Client Business Executive responsible for delivery of large services projects as well as growing business and developing new relationships. Hagit was also with TTI for 6 years holding positions in the Americas and Europe and IBM Global Services Israel where she held positions in project management, pre-sales and sales. Hagit brings to Jacada a wealth of experience in project and account management, customer relations, as well as a great understanding of the industry.

Guy Yair — Sr. Vice President and General Manager - EMEA & APAC

Guy Yair is the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Jacada business and operations in the EMEA & APAC regions. Guy has vast experience in both the Telecom and IT industries. Prior to joining Jacada in 2011, Guy worked at Alvarion in different positions from 2007-2011. While at Alvarion, Guy held positions of European GM, VP sales operation, and GM Enterprise LOB where he was responsible for broadband wireless solutions for private and alternative networks in Enterprise markets worldwide. Prior to Alvarion, Guy held various senior sales and marketing management positions at Rad-Bynet Group, where he also served as VP of Sales in the Executive Management, reporting directly to the CEO of Bynet communication.  Guy holds an Executive MBA from Tel Aviv University Recanati School.

Andre Knuepling - Vice President, Products

Andre Knuepling is Vice President of Products for Jacada. Andre joined Jacada in 2001 and brought with him many years of experience in the customer services industry. Andre played a leading role in establishing the European sales operations for Jacada. He brings a wealth of knowledge in the call center and enterprise software arena and as Vice President of Products, Andre takes full responsibility for the full line of products that Jacada offers. Prior to his current position Andre was responsible for the Jacada Presales organization. He has successfully helped service organizations with key business challenges, including increase of productivity, effectiveness and customer experience. Before joining Jacada, Andre worked for Hummingbird, now OpenText, and served in several sales management roles. Andre holds a Master of Science degree in Mathematics from University Hagen, Germany.

Alon Gazit – Vice President, Research & Development

Alon Gazit is the Vice President of Research and Development for Jacada. Alon joined Jacada in October 2006 and played key roles as team leader and development manager as part of Jacada R&D. In his last role, Alon managed the Jacada Java products development group and was responsible for the maintenance and delivery of all Jacada WorkSpace, Jacada Agent Scripting, Jacada HostFuse and Jacada Interface Server versions. Prior to joining Jacada, Alon held a variety of senior development roles at Mercury Interactive, Mainsoft and Amdocs, developing enterprise applications and cross platform development tools. Mr. Gazit has a B.Sc. in Economics, a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Tel Aviv University and a M.Sc. in Computer Science from the Open University of Israel.

Dan Weil – Chief Technology Officer

Dan Weil is Chief Technology Officer for Jacada. Dan joined Jacada in December 2006 and played key roles as development manager, solution architect and as the Regional Lead Architect for EMEA operations. In this role, Dan led design and implementation for enterprise customers such as Capita TVL, Telefónica O2 UK and E.ON Sverige AB. Since 2010, Dan took a global role as Chief Architect for Jacada and has been responsible for global architecture leadership for Jacadas products and customer solutions. Prior to joining Jacada, Dan served in various architecture and development management roles, as an officer in the IDF C4I Research and Development unit. Dan has extensive architecture and development management experience in enterprise applications and mission critical systems.

Gavin Spencer – Vice President, Sales – Americas

Gavin Spencer is Vice President of Sales for the Americas. Gavin brings 20 years of Enterprise Software sales, implementation and leadership experience to Jacada. Gavin has sold and managed complex technology solutions into the Fortune 500 space around the world for most of his career. Most recently Gavin has played a leading role in defining and executing on the transformative Jacada sales vision in North America. Prior to Jacada, Gavin has led international consulting and business development groups for Best-of-Breed financial and middleware system providers delivering innovative and award winning transactions.

Oren Shefler – General Counsel

As General Counsel for Jacada, Oren Shefler is responsible for all contract negotiation, legal matters, and corporate governance. Oren earned a LL.B from the Law Faculty of the College of Management in Tel Aviv, Israel. Prior to Jacada, Oren served as an associate for Meitar, Liquornik, Geva & Leshem Brandwein for seven years, where he represented public and private venture-based technology companies, venture capital funds and underwriters in array of transactions.

 

Board of Directors

Yossie Hollander

Yossie Hollander, director, has been a member of the board of directors since 1990, serving as Chairman from 1995 – 2007. Mr. Hollander was a founder, and from 1983 to 1994 served as the Chief Executive Officer, of New Dimension Software Ltd., an enterprise system and management software company that was acquired by BMC Software in April 1999. Mr. Hollander is a member of the executive committee of the Weizman Institute. Yossie Hollander is Gideon Hollander's brother.

Ohad Zuckerman

Ohad Zuckerman has served as a director since December 2000. Mr. Zuckerman is the CEO and President of Zeraim Gedera Ltd., an agricultural company which specializes in development and production of vegetable seeds, a position he has held since January 2000. From 1998 to January 2000, Mr. Zuckerman served as the Executive Vice President of Zeraim Gedera and from 1990 to 1998 he served at the same company as the Marketing Manager. Mr. Zuckerman served as a member of the board of directors at Maximal Innovative Intelligence LTD, a provider of software for extracting information from data warehouses, from 1998 to 2002.

Avner Atsmon

Avner Atsmon joined us in October 2006 as a director. Mr. Atsmon has served as Vice President of Engineering of Starhome Ltd. from January 2000 to June 2002. From December 1993 to December 1999 Mr. Atsmon served in several positions at Comverse Infosys including as a Chief Operating Officer. From November 1991 to November 1993 Mr. Atsmon was Fax Application Manager of National Semi-Conductors, Palo Alto California.

Gittit Guberman

Gittit Guberman joined the board in October 2010 as a director. Ms. Guberman serves as the CFO of Micronet Ltd., as a member of the board of directors of Israel Discount Bank and as an external director of Cham Foods (Israel) Ltd. and RoboGroup T.E.K. Ltd. From 2002 to 2008 Ms. Guberman served in various positions in Incredimail Ltd., the latest of which was director. Prior to 2002 Ms. Gubermen served as an attorney and investment banker with Eihut Capital Markets Ltd. Between 2002 and 2008 Mrs. Guberman also served as an external director of the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange. Ms. Guberman has a B.Sc. in economics and mathematics, an M.A. in Economics, an M.B.A and an L.LB from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
